With being pregnant, the bigger I get the more running is starting to hurt. Most of my pain is from my round ligament as it gets stretched with each step. I can still go to my aerobics class without pain so I thought I would try out a few DVD’s!
I did a search and this is the list I came up with. Denise Austins workouts came up on every list, evidently she is the queen of these DVD’s. One workout that I thought was pretty awesome was #9 ‘s Heavyweight Yoga. This DVD is perfect for the overweight individual who is not looking for the traditional workout video. It’s a fabulous concept if you ask me! I also like Jillian Michaels’s Shed and Shred. These workouts are in no particular order but they should help you maintain your winter physique!
