This roast is one of the most amazing things I've ever tasted. We eat roast and potato's as a family every Sunday so we know our roasts! This is an absolute MUST TRY! Like today. Make it today. Yes, right now. It's that good.

Ingredients
  1. Mushrooms
  2. Dijon Mustard
  3. Chopped Shallots
  4. Oregano
  5. Basil
  6. Pepper
  7. Blue Cheese
  8. Cream Cheese
  9. Bacon
  10. Rump roast
Combine and Saute
  1. 1 pkg. mushrooms
  2. 1 1/2 tbs. dijon mustard
  3. 1/2 C. chopped shallots
  4. 2 tsp oregano
  5. 1 1/2 tsp. basil
  6. 1 tsp pepper
Saute well, then add
  1. 1/2 C. blue cheese
  2. 4 oz. cream cheese
  3. 6-8 slices of pre-cooked bacon
  4. Take your roast and cut it almost in half horizontally from end to end. Then cut crossways through the middle a small slit to help it open up wide. Stuff the previous ingredients into the roast (most ends up on top). Then put the roast in the oven for 1 hour per pound @ 250 degrees.
Notes
  1. For a more tender roast brown the roast prior to stuffing it. This recipe is going to rock your socks off! Good luck!
