Sunday Potato Rolls
Have you ever made a batch of rolls that everyone found so tasty that you end up bringing them to EVERY major family affair? These rolls have consequently been the case for me. They are soft, buttery, and taste delicious hot or cold. The biggest problem we have is making sure the kids don’t fill up on these before eating anything else!

  1. 4 C. warm water
  2. 1 1/3 C. instant milk
  3. 1 C. butter or margarine
  4. 2 tbsp dry yeast
  5. 1 C. sugar
  6. 1 C. dry instant potatoes
  7. 1 T salt
  8. 4 eggs
  9. Enough flour for soft dough (9-10 cups)
  1. 1. Combine water and instant milk
  2. 2. In separate bowl combine yeast, sugar, and butter
  3. 3. Add steps 1 & 2 together
  4. 4. Add remaining ingredients
  5. 5. Mix together and Knead- Let raise to double (1/2 hour to 45 Minutes)
  6. 6. Divide into 6 equal parts and roll each into circle. Brush with butter and cut each into 12 pie shaped pieces with pizza

  8. 7. Roll up crescent roll fashion and place on greased baking
  9. sheet.
  10. 8. Let raise- Bake 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees
  11. Yields 4 dozen tasty rolls
  1. This makes A LOT of rolls so be forewarned! :)
