This recipe is absolutely perfect for your next big event! This is my go to recipe for baby showers, family lunches etc.! It's filling, healthy, and delicious!

Ingredients
  1. Spinach, Bowtie Pasta, Green Onions, Parsley, Salted Sunflower Seeds,Red Peppers, Yellow peppers, Chicken, Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Sugar, Pepper, Sesame Seeds
Instructions
  1. MIX IN LARGE BOWL
  2. 8 CUPS SPINACH TORN
  3. 8 oz. BAG OR BOX BOWTIE PASTA COOKED & COOLED
  4. 1 BUNCH GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED
  5. 1/4 CUP PARSLEY CHOPPED (I use fresh, but dried is okay)
  6. 1/4 CUP SALTED SUNFLOWER SEEDS
  7. 1/4 CUP RED PEPPERS CHOPPED
  8. 1/4 CUP YELLOW PEPPERS CHOPPED
For the Dressing
  1. 1/2 C. OLIVE OIL
  2. 2/3 C. SOY SAUCE
  3. 2/3 C. VINEGAR
  4. 6 TBL. SUGAR
  5. 1/2 TSP. PEPPER
  6. 1/4 C. SESAME SEEDS
  7. MARINATE CHICKEN & DRESSING THE DAY BEFORE SERVING (I don’t always remember to marinate the chicken and it turns out just fine).
  8. BOIL & SHRED 4 CHICKEN BREASTS & MARINATE IN LARGE STORAGE BAG WITH DRESSING
  9. POUR CHICKEN MIXTURE OVER ALL INGREDIENTS WHEN READY TO SERVE!

  1. This makes a large salad. Serves 10-14
